Common side effects of guanfacine include:

Grapefruit could cause issues with guanfacine. Ask your provider about eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while on guanfacine.

Keep guanfacine in the container it came in, tightly closed, and out of reach of children. Store it at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom).
